Digital Governance and New Public Management

The study of public administration as an object of political science is little studied if compared to other elements of the object of this science, however, as Olvera (2009) explains: "(...) it is necessary to recover public administration in the scientific discussion, both in the governmental task and in the relationship with society, so that the action of public administration can be understood within a democratic system, which is not only observed in the political or more specifically in the electoral, but in the Convergence, (...)".
