Di Guoyong on Xingyiquan Volume I Foundations

This is volume one of a three volume set, a translation from the Chinese, of Di Guoyong's series on Xingyiquan. It contains the theory, practice, and teaching methodology of the five element techniques of Xingyiquan, plus the five element solo and partner forms. The twelve animals are now included in volume I. This is the third edition of Volume I Five Element Foundation, which will be known as The 2020 Set Edition.
