Determination of Penicillium species

The following work is a study on penicillium species that contaminate food. Specifically, Penicillium species are determined in corn flour for human consumption in retail centers in the city of Cusco. I am a biologist and teacher of the School of Biology of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco - Peru.
