Descriptive Obstetrics

Obstetrics deals with the care of women's reproductive tracts and their children during pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period. This is the first edition of this simplified Obstetrics textbook. It introduces basic knowledge for undergraduate students, and will also be of value to general practitioners, women's health specialists, family planning doctors, midwives and nurses. In the first edition, there is a sufficient coverage on the key topics related to obstetrics and has been updated to include advances in prenatal screening, fetal anomalies, fetal therapy, and obstetric surgical techniques.
