in this book, i personify depression, anxiety, rage, regret, and happiness as if they are real people with my own poetic expression. each chapter demonstrates a different story and a different connection to each of these emotions in hopes to bring awareness to the importance of mental health. you may even find that i personify time and illustrate life in my own unique way. read as if this is my diary or as if you're going through my phone, just don't tell my mom. before we begin, know, you are not your mind and you are certainly not your emotions. enjoy.
