Dementia Daydreams

This collection of poems and diaries was written in the span of five years. During this time, my grandmother, Susana Fuentes suffered from Alzheimer's disease at home while I was studying at university. As her mind decayed, so did my mental health. I felt guilty because I wasn't there to support or help her. These poems and diaries illuminate what was going on in my head as the most important person in my life deteriorated while I was away.
