Dear tyrant

In this glowing moment, we were walking in silence, waiting for the moment of sunset, without one of us revealing to the other what was going on. I was thinking of you in parallel with the beauty of the moment, and your wish to witness it with me, as is my habit of sharing beauty, joy, and even sadness together. I imagine you holding my hand, pressing your fingertips on my palm just as we were crossing. The crowded streets walked with me in a shared imagination: what if we embraced in front of this divine scene?In an isolated village, loneliness, stories and memories explode with a group of neighbors united by common pains. Doha, the plastic artist, painted these stories in letters written to a friend she met by chance. They are pictures of faces living among us, or they are pictures of our faces when we are alone.
