Harriett begins this day with trying to find herself and wondering what she will do with her own life as she is vastly approaching the age of 50. She has always given advice freely to family and friends (especially girlfriends) and somehow an idea popped into her head. So, on August 22, 2014 she set out to create the Dear Harriett advice column.
