Data Collection: Enter, organize and filtrate the collected data

Data collection is a serious matter in research studies. However, the collection can affect significantly the sample representativeness and consequently the study conclusions.The present book aims to help researchers to decide how the collection should be done in the study protocol first, then in the field in order to make the collected sample reflecting the whole population even if the frequency is small.The data collected, using a printed form or an input mask, have to be organized then filtered to check for aberrant values. Two of the tools that can be used in this process are Microsoft Excel and SPSS.
