This book comes in response to the book "In Pre -Islamic Poetry", Layha Hussein, who was roasted with a severe criticism and sparked a cultural movement that caused by those many articles issued in the Egyptian newspapers, so he accepted the readers of readers, especially those intellectuals, to read all this that they published and absorbed and added to it Their intellectual outcome, and spread among the people, whether the book reads from them and those who did not read it. Taha Hussein sees in his book that pre -Islamic poetry is incorrect, and that he is one of the poets and narrators in the next eras, just as there was no poetry in pre -Islamic times or poets except a few who are almost remembered. People did not pay attention to the responses to this ruling and correct it, as it is the word bad that spreads and establishes in memory, and it is that trustworthy scholars can correct the rapid or void rulings that are issued and most of them and the least trustworthy scholars who confront to correct it. For this reason, Dar Al -Muloul initiated the publication of Taha Hussein''s book, and with him this book (Cutting the book "In Pre -Islamic Poetry"), which includes clear responses to what was stated in the book "In Pre -Islamic Poetry".
