Criminal psychology should be the form of psychology used in dealing with crime; not merely, the psychopathology of criminals. This book was the first really objective Criminal Psychology manuscript which dealt with the mental states of judges, experts, jury, witnesses, etc., as well as with the mental states of criminals.
