Crimes of Billy Fish

After serving three years for a violent robbery, Billy Fish is granted parole and walks out the prison gates. His pattern has been a simple one of drugs, crime and custody. Billy's sister Rose has taken a different path. Her life is filled with work and caring for her infant son, a structured existence that has become a buffer between Rose and the outside world.
