Black Lives Matter. Land Back. ICE and the border wall. These are all topics from today's headlines, but they all have their roots in actions and attitudes that were introduced by the first European colonists. Although they were common and accepted at the time, we now know these attitudes are wrong. So how do we correct ideas that are so deeply ingrained in our culture? Creating a fair and equitable society is an ongoing process. This book explores the basis of unfair social structures in the United States and the many steps along to the way to correcting them.
