With the support of his friend and colleague Dane, Garth risks all to help those he cares about, while struggling to overcome his own demons. Whether rescuing a newborn baby from a psychotic mother, advocating for a homeless man who saves a woman from assault, or practicing Chamburger therapy, Garth's drive, compassion and determination, at times aided by the inspiration of country music, combine to improve the lives of the people he supports.
