She is positive everything is going to be absolutely perfect. Until she meets Duncan McLean, the man living in the other side of the duplex.Duncan McLean has only one goal, update and resell his half of a duplex for a nice profit. What he has failed to take into consideration is his neighbor, some interfering relatives, and a contest he has managed to somehow win without having entered it.
