Conservation Program applied to Purepecha Footwear Company

The following work was carried out in the City of Jiquilpan, Mich. at the Technological Institute of Jiquilpan, is a Research Project, completed in 2018 and is derived from the Subject of Maintenance Management with which it is intended to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the course in addition to contributing to the development of small and medium enterprises in the region with a proposal for improvement in the management of maintenance of machinery, equipment and facilities, seeking to preserve the quality of service expected of them as well as increase the useful life of all its resources to be attended.
