Conquering and Awakening

With his parents gone and his own species' whereabouts being a mystery, Forrest, a creature of the wilderness called a Ghoulleaf, finds himself confronted by the sudden appearance of humans marching into his otherwise uninhabited lands. With burning questions in his heart and a whole world for him to discover and learn about, he embarks on a journey that is larger than he could have ever imagined. Follow the adventures of a spirited and slow-aging creature across several centuries throughout ruins and mountaintops, with kings and naturalists being his companions. Following the progress and downfalls of humans and creatures alike, shall he find answers to his questions? Shall he find a purpose? Will he conquer and awaken?
