Concept of intellectual property rights, A jurisprudential analysis

This work is an attempt to analyze the concept of intellectual property; to check its authenticity as a 'property' on the basis of proprietary jurisprudence; to trace the roots of intellectual property rights in Indian legal and social system; to look for the need and justifications of intellectual property rights; and finally, to make an effort to derive something innovative.
