Communications in Computer and Information Science

This volume constitutes the proceedings of Third Pan-African Conference on Artificial Intelligence, PanAfriCon AI 2024, held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, during October 8–9, 2024.The 15 full papers presented were thoroughly reviewed and selected from 66 submissions.
