Combustion in Internal Combustion Engines

This book analyzes the combustion process in internal combustion engines. A numerical point of view is provided. It is aimed to people interested in computational simulations of internal combustion engines, such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) or other numerical techniques. Beginning with an introduction to combustion mainly focused on thermodynamic aspects, the text moves onto combustion in engines. This is followed by chapters focused on premixed and non-premixed combustion.
