Colin offers to help him source information from the Data Analysis Reporting Team, but will he be able to order a life jacket to arrive in time for him to effectively navigate the data lake?

When the annual culture survey results are announced, Bob discovers he has scored badly in the area of trust, and insists the team be transparent and to own up to their anonymous comments. Meanwhile Colin is excited to have the chance to help tackle the biggest issue raised in the survey, but will a series of company-wide workshops be enough to identify why people said they spend too much time in meetings?
