Riding to the Rescue!

A coast guard serves a nation’s waters by providing assistance to boats and enforcing that nation’s laws. In order to do these important tasks, coast guard boats are designed to be fast and maneuverable. Kids will get to know more about these boats’ special features, such as inflatable hulls, and learn about some boats’ special tasks, like breaking ice.
