This book is dedicated to the respected persons, web sites, and prestigious organizations who created and endorsed these clinical scores. These scores enhance patient care, improve health care systems efficiency, health care workers' communications, health advocacy, and collaboration. This book aims to create awareness, educate and assist clinical and non-clinical personnel. Topics in this book are organized alphabetically.
