City of Magick

Delanah Iona, Deli to her friends, had a fairly simple life. Get up, work, train in magick, go home, repeat. Not the most varied, but she enjoyed it. Between her boss-slash-teacher Sean and Rizzy a werecoyote she'd known since kindergarten, she has a couple of friends as she works toward becoming a full fledged witch. When a new hire shakes up everything in her work, personal, and her possible love life with Sean, Deli struggles to find the answers to the questions that slowly begin to mount up - and this is before dead bodies start popping up. Along with a new ally, a detective with the NYPD, Deli must put the pieces of what's going on together, and decide just who she can trust - and hope she makes the right decision. The wrong one might just cost her her life.
