Chuan Xi Lu

25,00 €

Chuan Xi Lu is a book of quotations that records Wang Yangming's thoughts. Originally proposed by Wang Yangming's first apprentice Xu Ai, and through the hands of Lu Kan, Nandaji, Qian Dehong and others, the three-volume Chuan Xi Lu that is currently in use was finally formed. At the back of the book is the Zhu Zi's Conclusions in His Later Years. The word "e;chuanxi"e; comes from The Analects of Confucius, Xueer: "e;Zengzi said: 'I examine myself three times a day, do I not be loyal to others? I make friends but do not trust? Do I not review?'"e; Chuan means that teachers impart knowledge to students; Xi means not only that students learn and review the knowledge taught by teachers, but also practice. The whole book is developed in the form of students' questions and Wang Yangming's answers. It also contains some letters, which are rich in content. Wang Yangming's main philosophical viewpoints, such as "e;the heart is the principle"e;, "e;the unity of knowledge and action"e;, "e;to conscience"e; and "e;the unity of all things"e;, are all reflected in the Chuan Xi Lu. Wang Yangming's study of the mind is the peak of Confucianism in China's mind and nature. Huang Zongxi said in Ming Confucian Studies, it is said: "e;The learning of Ming, It begins with the white sand and enters into the subtle, until it reaches the sun, and then it becomes great. "e;Qian Mu believes that the Chuan Xi Lu is one of the seven classics that Chinese must read. Liang Qichao said that to learn the thought of Mr. Yangming, one should read the Chuan Xi Lu.
