Chronicle Volume III

It has been a long and trying war against the invading Lek for the Galactic Security Forces and the Committee. Facing an enemy that sees them as parasites, as vermin to be eradicated, they have had to sacrifice much. Their principles. Their futures. Their blood. With no respite in sight, our Heroes have developed a desperate ploy meant to bring an end to the conflict. If all goes as planned, the Lek armada will surrender, the GSF will begin to rebuild, and the Committee may finally rest. Yet should the war end, larger questions remain concerning the Committee s continuing role in galactic affairs. These are questions one of our Heroes has been grappling with for some time. Unfortunately, on occasion, true answers are buried beyond our reach.
