Chatbots and Human-Centered AI

This book constitutes the revised selected papers of the 9th International Workshop on Chatbots and Human-Centered AI, CONVERSATIONS 2025, held in Lübeck, Germany, November 12-13, 2025. The 17 full papers and 7 short paper were selected from carefully reviewed 62  submissions. CONVERSATIONS 2025 were organized into the following topical sections: Interactions and Relationships with Chatbots and AI; Human-Centred Trustworthy AI; Co-design and User Experience of Chatbots and AI; and Professional Contexts and Applications and Use Cases.
