Charleston Receipts Repeats debuted in 1986 as a follow up to the Junior League of Charleston's first and highly popular cookbook, Charleston Receipts. Charleston Receipts Repeats highlights foods abundant in the Low Country, such as seafood and fresh fruits and vegetables, with traditional recipes. This tempting assortment of recipes reflects the sophisticated elegance that has marked Charleston through its 300+ year history as well as the casual elegance that is just as much a part of the area's heritage. In addition, artwork on section dividers are by local artist William Jameson and feature illustrations of historic Charleston.
