Changing Seasons

Changing Seasons' is a collection of poems dealing with themes, such as depression, heartbreak and anger, as well as that of hope and the belief in better things to come. The author hopes that the reading of her book will be a means of catharsis for some who may be experiencing similar sentiments. Our minds can often be compared to the seasons; circling around painful occurrences and emotions before allowing ourselves to heal and transform into something more vibrant and healthier.
