Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Perhaps it should be explained in the very preface of this book that there is no necessity that the order of the exercises, and all their details, such as the turnings of the head, exact position of arms, etc., be followed exactly; for freedom and individuality are most important.
