This is the story of her husbands, her loves, the tragedies, the transgressions, the breaches of trust, her suffering and her survival instincts along the way, through the years. Her indomitable spirit and her faith kept her alive and she succeeded repeatedly in making her way through lifes twists and turns, the joys and the agonies, the loves and the losses. A prominent figure in Edmonton, Catherine ran a boarding house and opened a restaurant serving the miners of central Canada. She earned their trust, respect and admiration.
