Career Challenges and Opportunities in Maturity

This research addresses issues related to the change in the Brazilian age structure and aims to investigate career challenges and opportunities in maturity, contributing to the advancement of discussions on the ageing Brazilian population and its implications for professionals and organisations. To this end, a bibliometric analysis was carried out on Anglo-Saxon organisational literature and a quantitative-descriptive survey based on data collected through an online questionnaire, answered by Brazilian professionals from various sectors, aged over 35.
