Matt is desperate to finally have an Omega of his own. Luck hasn't been on his side, so he decides to buy one from a breeding facility. It's very frowned upon, but the desperation has gotten the better of Matt. If he can't find an Omega the natural way, he'll have to put some money down. At least his Omega, with the absolute best qualities bred into him, will be absolutely perfect.
