Burnout syndrome and quality of care

The World Health Organization (WHO) recognized Burnout Syndrome as a disease related to work stress in 2019 and it is nowadays the fashionable problem in the world of work. It is included in the International Classification of Diseases manual, where it is described as a syndrome "resulting from chronic stress in the workplace, which has not been successfully managed".
