How to eliminate the consequences of poverty? There is enormous wealth in our country: apparent and hidden, human and natural, that is sufficient for its people. So what is the way to exploit it and then distribute it fairly? Are the transactions that take place in the commercial markets and financial houses good and satisfy the spirit of humanity and the principles of Islam?These questions and others like them float around in their minds in defiance of the economic activity with which life is filled, and the consciences of believers seek a satisfactory answer that will satisfy justice, rid them of the impurities of injustice, and disavow themselves of what is forbidden, so that they can follow their path with peace of mind and calm mind.This study: a preliminary, historical, jurisprudential, evolutionary step that contributes to clarifying the spirit of Islamic economics, and in shedding some light on its philosophy of construction, and its treatment of some problems.
