Brain Gymnastics Level 1: Children's activity book

Brain Gymnastics is a children's activity book intended to replace screen time, and engage children in activities that help engage and nhance a child's attention, concentration, reasoning abilities, and other cognitive functions. Level1 is for children aged 5-8 years. The main objective of this book is to help engage the children productively in activities that could help exercize cognitive abilities using fun paper-pencil activities. The activities in the books are carefully selected, keeping in mind the child's developmental age. There are over 100 pages with nearly 200 activities, spanned over 30 days. In addition, the book encourages joint activity between the caregiver and the child so that they spend meaningful time together.
