Brachial plexus anesthesia for orthopedic surgery

This book reviews a brachial plexus anesthesia technique, the possibility of manipulating the enantiomers, which allows the selection of desired drug characteristics, as well as the neurostimulation technique; always seeking greater effectiveness with minimal toxicity to the patient. The mixture with an enantiomeric excess of bupivacaine (S75: R25) used in this study seems to point towards greater safety for our patients.
