Bombing

Bombing is the story of John Hollis who's plans for love and career are disrupted by the onset of World War 2. Trained to be a bomber pilot, he is sent to England where flies missions in the dangerous skies over Occupied France and Germany. He encounters the frustrations of the American effort to sow destruction and reduce Germany toe rubble. He also witnesses the capriciousness of violence of war. In the process he is irrevocably changed. Bombing is a highly researched, accurate retelling of the American bombing campaign against Nazi Germany as seen through the eyes of a reluctant warrior.
