Body, Mind & Soul is a short guidebook about taking care of the body and makes an effort to expand the mind and be good to the soul. The book has a spiritual component but isnt overtly religious. It simply acknowledges that body and life itself are gifts from God and suggests that gifts be cared for. It also suggests that the body is pure and free of problems, which comes exclusively from the mind. The book also suggests a spiritual care becomes necessary for both body and mind to enjoy the spiritual pleasure. It also emphasizes that a soul revolves around God and needs a spiritual touch to wake it up to overcome the materialized mind to attain eternal bliss.
