This two-volume set LNICST 666-667 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the19th EAI International Conference on Body Area Networks, BODYNETS 2024, held in Varanasi, India, during December 15–16, 2024. The 86 full papers included in these volumes were carefully reviewed and selected from 211 submissions.
