Black Pawn

When The World Court in The Hague assigns one of their best agents, Dominique Perdu to investigate who was behind the coup in Liberia that threw the country into a downward spiral. No one seems to notice. No one, that is, except the CIA, who assigns one of their best agents to insure that Ms. Perdu does not discover the truth. As she digs into the history of the country, she learns how outside countries have manipulated Liberia ever since its beginnings in the 1820's. She also discovers that her investigation just might get her killed.
