New York, corporate lawyer Hollings Harland falls 18 stories from the Black Eagle Building onto Broadway. Was it suicide or something more sinister? Harland had just left an angry meeting. Molly, an amateur detective and switchboard operator, suspects it is murder and she teams up with criminal lawyer and a reporter to solve the crime.
