If parallel universes do exist, then perhaps they are not parallel but are nested, one within another, and unable to reveal their existence to each other, until such a time comes when the technology is discovered that will open those doors - The time is now. Mike Ford had been looking forward to a camping trip for many years. His job, as a world-renown surgeon, kept him too busy to take time off for vacations but when he finally got the chance, he took it.
