There are many thoughts, contemplations, heartaches, and pain that happen behind the bars of the soul. Some we share and others remain hidden in the deep compartments of our hearts. In this book, I will take you on a journey behind the bars of my soul. Those moments when it seemed I would never break free. I talk about my family dynamics, marriage, broken vows, alcohol, mental breakdowns, and bipolar disorder, the loss of three children, shootings and arrest, church hurt and behind the prison walls. I had been in church most of my life and felt my life was cursed, and there was no way out until... Did I escape from behind the bars of my soul?
