Bad Castro

It’s a hot summer’s night in London and riots have broken out across the city. Young gang member Castro is in the back of a police car, being taken into custody. When an attack takes out the officers in the car, Castro and detective Judy Ray are left to battle their way to safety.

Safety for Castro is the estate. For Judy, it's the police station. So why is Castro helping Judy? Does he know more about her past than she is willing to share? And in a city where rules no longer apply, where is the line between right and wrong?

With all the action, excitement, twists and turns of an adventure story, BAD CASTRO has at its heart the relationship between Castro and Judy. It explores Castro’s world – the estate, the drug gangs, the violence and brutality. It makes no judgements. It simply asks the question: where is the line between right and wrong? How far would you stray from that line, in order to stay safe?
