Bach flowers - support for nursing staff

This work focuses primarily on the question of which Bach flowers can support the work of nursing staff, which is considered to be psychologically stressful. The focus of the considerations is therefore on people who see serving others as their task. To do this, they need above all strength, endurance, emotional stability, empathy, tolerance, patience, compassion and much more. A sense of coherence (SOC) is an important salutogenic resource. Strengthening feelings of comprehensibility, manageability, meaningfulness and significance is an essential way in which Bach flowers can provide support.
