Volume 6, Group Dynamics, provides another level of self-awareness for understanding both yourself and other people in a group dynamic. Change occurs one person at a time, but on some level every individual is part o f a group. So self-understanding comes from looking at both yourself as an individual, and yourself in a group dynamic.At some time in their lives most adults will experience themselves through teaching.
