This is the first volume of what I hope will become a series 'Prof Krishna's ABC of Life', with my free-wheeling comments and off-the-cuff answers on various matters under the sun, appearing in certain social media and other publications or just popping up in my mind, through which I could share my knowledge, reminiscences, ideas, opinions, whimsies, guidance (when sought ) and an occasional jest or two, freely and frankly - all with a view to inform and entertain my readers, hopefully bringing them some little residue of positive value.Serious technical minded readers and researchers may find the chapters on falls from height and sponsored research interesting.
