Aria Finds Her Voice

Aria Finds Her Voice is a story about a young girl who feels different. Being an introvert, Aria is always overlooked by others. This leaves her feeling sad and unseen. After being encouraged by Mum to speak up for herself, Aria sets off on a journey in the hope of finding her voice.

Along her path, Aria meets several birds who offer her a symbolic gift in the form of their feather. With her newfound gifts of strength, confidence, happiness, and trust, Aria begins to feel more positive than ever. However, it is not until Aria rests and reflects on what she has gained along her journey, that she discovers her own beautiful inner light reflecting from the water. It is at that point that Aria realizes the voice she has been searching for, has been deep inside of her all along. Aria practices her newfound affirmations in the mirror every morning, "I am strong I am confident I am happy I am beautiful " She learns to let her voice soar just like her feathered friends but she also learns to accept herself and her silence.

A beautiful story of self-discovery that builds confidence and self-esteem and empowers children to honour and respect their true selves.
