Approximations between Smart Specialisations and Social Technologies

The work includes possibilities for application by government agencies such as government secretariats, and social organisations such as the Banco do Brasil Foundation, the Social Technologies Institute and others. The changes could be realised in the social, environmental and economic areas, especially involving disadvantaged communities in the Federal District. The potential scope and possibility of reapplication is the entire context of Brazil and even Latin America and Africa (emerging or developing nations).
